Refund policy

At FavorQR, every card is uniquely personalized and custom-generated based on the information you provide. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your order is placed and processed.
No Refunds
Because each digital card is made-to-order and cannot be resold or reused, we do not accept requests for:
- Refunds
 - Returns
 - Exchanges
 - Cancellations (once the card has been created)
 
Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If there is a technical issue with your card (such as a broken link, missing content, or card not displaying as expected), please contact us at hello@favorqr-qte4pru4o2.live-website.com within 3 days of purchase. We’ll work with you to resolve any genuine problems by:
- Re-generating your card with the correct content, or
 - Re-sending the correct access link to your email.
 
Please note: We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., typos, wrong names/dates/messages).
Expiring Cards
Some cards have a limited viewing period (e.g., 30 days). Please ensure recipients view and save the card within that timeframe. We are not able to reissue expired cards unless a permanent version was purchased.
