At FavorQR, we specialize in delivering personalized digital cards with 3D visual effects. Below is our policy regarding payment and delivery of your order.

Payment

All payments on FavorQR.com are processed securely at checkout via trusted third-party providers such as:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• WooCommerce Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes (if any).

We do not store your credit card details or any sensitive payment information on our servers.

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your personalized card will be generated automatically based on the input you provided (e.g., name, message, date, etc.). Please double-check all information before completing your purchase, as the content cannot be changed afterward.

Delivery

• Your digital card will be accessible via a unique link, delivered to the email you provided during checkout.
• Delivery typically takes 1–5 minutes after successful payment.
• In some cases, email delivery may be delayed by up to 15 minutes due to server or email provider issues.

If you do not receive your card within 30 minutes, please:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Contact us at hello@favorqr-qte4pru4o2.live-website.com with your order details.

Card Access Duration

• Some cards are available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Others are permanent, depending on the product you selected.

The viewing period will be clearly stated on each product page. After the expiration date (if applicable), the link will no longer be active.

Errors or Failed Delivery

If your card fails to display or the link is not working, contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will either resend the link or regenerate your card at no extra charge—provided the issue is not caused by incorrect information entered during checkout.
